Yesterday while assisting Penn Township Volunteer Fire Company on an accident on I-81 we encountered the Dog Day's of Summer. We housed them in the A/C of Engine 49 and then we transported them to the Newville Firehouse to meet with their owner.... (Full Story & Photos)

Friday morning a few members went to Coons Garage to Congratulate the owner David "Sonny" Coons on his milestone of 60 years of service to the Walnut Bottom area. Sonny has been a great supporter over the years, he does all our vehicle inspections at no charge. We presented him with a small plaque to hang in the shop.
